Except for the Rest (Calm & Sleep) Tea during the luteal phase, each bag contains 10 small packets, while the other 3 bags each contain 7 small packets. This design is just right for 1 packet of tea per day for 31 days and corresponds to different physiological cycles.

Our cycle set will come with a cycle record card for you. You can manually record the current status and drink the corresponding tea.
