At Laicuherb, we are committed to delivering our high-quality herbal products to you in a timely and safe manner. To ensure efficient logistics, we work closely with our official partner, Hiherbs, for order fulfillment.
Currently, we primarily use China Post for international transportation to ensure reliable delivery. Please note that we do not accept designated courier services at this time.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We do not ship or deliver on weekends.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared, packed, and shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the notification. If you do not see an update after 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Laicuherb is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout (e.g., missing apartment numbers, incorrect zip codes). If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at hello@laicuherb.com immediately.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the delivery (e.g., marked as delivered but not received), please notify us within 7 days of the noted delivery date. We are unable to assist with claims reported past this 7-day mark.
